Who can enter?

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18+ who are not currently receiving ongoing care or treatment from BioID Health. The prize is intended for people seeking support in relation to perimenopause or menopause.

Can existing BioID Health patients enter?

No. This prize draw is for new BioID Health patients only. For the purposes of this promotion, a current patient is someone who has an active BioID Health care plan or is currently receiving ongoing treatment or clinical care from BioID Health at the time of entry.

What does the winner receive?

The winner receives an initial consultation and assessment process, followed by six months of personalised menopause care, including ongoing clinical support and follow-up testing where appropriate.

When does the six-month care period start?

The initial consultation, required blood testing and clinical assessment take place first. The six-month care period begins once the personalised care plan has been confirmed.

Does winning guarantee a particular treatment?

No. All clinical recommendations are subject to individual assessment and clinical suitability.

How do the extra entries work?
One entry for completing the form, plus one for following @BioIDHealth, one for liking the official prize draw post and one for tagging at least one person in the comments. Maximum four entries per person.
Do I need to provide my Instagram handle?

Only if you want to claim additional Instagram entries. Your form submission still gives you one valid entry without it. Additional Instagram entries can only be awarded where BioID Health can reasonably verify the relevant activity.

Can I transfer the prize to someone else?
No. The prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another BioID Health product or service.
